Worth its 3 stars. This hotel was good choice for exploring Modena, enjoyed it. Room was great value for money. Property's receptionist is one of the top employees! The restaurant was located within 200 metres...

It's not their fault, but the street was noisy.

Helpful staff plus the breakfast was enjoyable. Their manager was GOAT! Besides, we parked our car nearby.
